- 70g penne
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp ketchup
- A pinch of grated ginger
- A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
If necessary, remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, place them in a container, and rub with sake.
Separate the broccoli into small florets and thinly slice the onion.
In a bowl, mix all the ☆ seasonings together.
Boil water in a pot and cook the penne for 1 minute longer than the package instructions. Add the shrimp, broccoli, and onion 2 minutes before the penne is done. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Drain the ingredients well, add them to the bowl with the sauce, and mix thoroughly.
