- 🦐 200g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
Nuts
- 🌰 60g cashew nuts
Condiments
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp sake
ÉTAPES
Combine peeled shrimp with sake, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Massage and let sit for 5 minutes. Add cornstarch and coat evenly.
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut bell peppers in half, remove seeds and stems, and chop into chunks.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced onion and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add shrimp, bell peppers, and cashew nuts to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until shrimp changes color.
Add chicken stock powder and soy sauce. Stir-fry to combine flavors.
