- 1 bunch chopped chives

- 1 pack dumpling wrappers (about 25 pieces)

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil

- 💧 3 tbsp water

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the peeled shrimp and chives.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped chives, shrimp, and the ★ seasonings until sticky.
Moisten the edges of the dumpling wrappers with water, place the filling in the center, and fold into a round shape with pleats.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the dumplings seam-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add water, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the filling is cooked through. Once the water evaporates, drizzle sesame oil and cook until crispy.
