- 2 tsp salad oil

- 1 tbsp sake

ÉTAPES
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the shells intact. Coat them lightly with starch.
Cut the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the ginger until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink.
Add the cucumbers, salt, pepper, sake, and water. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and mix well before serving.
