- 150g somen noodles
Seafood
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Prepare the shrimp by making a cut along the back, removing the vein, and patting dry with a paper towel. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute.
Trim the roots off the garlic chives and cut them into 4cm pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Add the garlic chives to the pot about 15 seconds before the noodles finish cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water, then remove excess water.
In a bowl, combine the cooked noodles, shrimp, garlic chives, and seasonings (salt, lemon juice, sesame oil, chili powder). Mix well.
