- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🌱 40g green beans
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc milk
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Flour
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
ÉTAPES
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add peeled shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Add maitake mushrooms and green beans, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
Pour in milk and water, stirring continuously.
Add canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the sauce over cooked rice and enjoy.
