- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp

- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), cut into wedges
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, halved and crushed

- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into wedges and then halve them. Halve the garlic clove, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse under water, and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili. Heat over low heat until fragrant. Add the onion and shrimp, then simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the onion softens.
