- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moon shapes
- 🧅 50g sliced onion
- 🥕 20g sliced carrot
Seafood
- 🍤 50g shrimp, peeled
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fish sauce
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini into half-moon shapes. Prepare the onion and carrot by slicing them thinly, ensuring they are similar in thickness to the zucchini.
Prepare the shrimp by peeling and cleaning them. Set aside.
Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the sliced zucchini, onion, carrot, and shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry together.
Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp fish sauce. Continue stir-frying until the vegetables are tender and the shrimp are cooked through.
Serve the stir-fry warm as a side dish or over rice for a complete meal.
