Main Ingredients
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥔 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Shrimp Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Stew Base
- 100ml water
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice zucchini into 1cm pieces, thinly slice onion, and dice potatoes. Soak potatoes in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Season peeled shrimp with sake, salt, pepper, and grated garlic. Massage the seasoning into the shrimp.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and potatoes until softened. Add shrimp and zucchini, stirring until coated with oil.
Add water, diced tomatoes, consomme, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir lightly and serve.
