ÉTAPES
Place peeled shrimp in a bowl, add sake, salt, and pepper, and massage to coat. Cut bacon slices in half lengthwise.
Place one shrimp on a bacon slice and roll it around the shrimp. Secure with a toothpick.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the rolls and cook until shrimp changes color, turning to cook both sides. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
