- 1 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Finely mince the onion.
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse under water, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Mince the shrimp and pound with a knife until sticky.
In a bowl, mix the minced shrimp, onion, and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, potato starch) thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), scoop the mixture into bite-sized balls using a spoon, and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
