INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 4 bok choy stalks
- 1 handful of chives
- 1-2 handfuls of mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chilies
Protein
- 🦐 12 shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 To taste salt
- A pinch of pepper
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 250 ml water
ÉTAPES
Rinse and thaw frozen shrimp, then sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.
Mix 250 ml water with 1 tbsp cornstarch to prepare the thickener.
Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 chopped onion.
Add thawed shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink.
Add bok choy and stir-fry for about 20 seconds until slightly wilted.
Add mushrooms, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp soy sauce, then stir-fry well.
Pour in the prepared thickener and stir quickly over high heat.
Turn off the heat, add 1 handful of chives and 1 tbsp sesame oil, and mix well.
Serve the stir-fry over steamed rice.
