- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 10cm green onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of chili paste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
Shrimp Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Shrimp Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 60cc water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2.5 tbsp ketchup
- Pinch of garlic paste
- Pinch of ginger paste
- 1 tsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp. Season with sake, salt, and pepper, then massage. Coat with cornstarch.
Chop the green onion into coarse pieces.
Crack eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for the shrimp chili sauce.
Heat half of the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the eggs and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining vegetable oil, and heat over medium. Add shrimp, green onion, and chili paste, and stir-fry until shrimp is cooked.
Add the shrimp chili sauce to the pan and stir until thickened. Serve over rice with eggs and garnish with chopped green onion.
