- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp minced green bell pepper

- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 1/4 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Peel and devein the shrimp, then set aside.
Mince the carrot, green onion, and green bell pepper.
Marinate the shrimp with salt, pepper, and cooking wine.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the chili sauce.
Heat olive oil in a preheated pan and sauté the minced garlic.
Add the minced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Pour the prepared chili sauce into the pan and mix well to coat the shrimp and vegetables evenly.
