INGRÉDIENTS
Shrimp
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
- 1/2 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
Shrimp Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion and ginger. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Prepare the shrimp by deveining, washing, and patting dry. Mix the shrimp with the shrimp seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the chili sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes until they change color, flipping occasionally, then remove.
Wipe excess oil from the pan, then sauté the green onion, ginger, and garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
Add the chili sauce mixture to the pan and stir until it thickens.
Return the shrimp to the pan and coat them evenly with the sauce. Drizzle chili oil and mix well.
