- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced

Batter
- 1 cup pancake flour
- 1 cup ice water
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- A pinch of ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Wash and trim the chives, then cut them into 4-5 cm lengths. Slice the onion thinly. If the shrimp are large, cut them into 2-3 pieces.
Mix 1 cup of pancake flour with 1 cup of ice water until smooth. Using ice water or sparkling water ensures a crispy texture.
Add the chives, onion, and shrimp to the batter. Season with 0.5 tbsp fish sauce and a pinch of ground pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan with a generous amount of oil. Spread the batter thinly and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the shrimp chive pancake hot and enjoy.
