- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.9mm)
Seafood
- 🍤 120g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g snap peas (13-15 pieces)
Liquid
- 💧 2 1/2 cups water
- 🥛 1/3 cup milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt for spaghetti
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp granulated soup stock
Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp white wine (or sake)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Add 2 1/2 cups water and 1/3 tsp salt to a frying pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Break spaghetti in half and add to the pan. Cover and cook over low-medium heat for 2 minutes less than the package instructions, checking water levels occasionally.
While cooking the spaghetti, trim and remove strings from snap peas, then cut them in half.
Remove shrimp's vein using a skewer if necessary, then marinate with white wine, salt, and pepper.
Uncover the pan, add shrimp, snap peas, milk, soup stock, 1/4 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring for about 1 minute until thickened. Turn off the heat.
