Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Processed Food
- 1 piece fish cake
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Breading
- Breadcrumbs as needed
Cooking Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion finely. Divide the shrimp into two portions: mince half finely and chop the other half coarsely.
In a bowl, crumble the fish cake into small pieces using your hands.
Add shrimp, onion, potato starch, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until combined. Divide into 4 portions and shape each into an oval patty.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix with flour and water to create a batter.
Dip each patty into the batter, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Heat 1cm of salad oil in a pan to 180°C. Fry the patties, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
