INGRÉDIENTS
Seaweed
- 🌿 6 tablespoons dried seaweed
Shrimp
- 🦐 6-7 pieces shrimp
Rice
- 🍚 1 pack cooked rice
Liquid
- 💧 1 liter water
Oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 🧄 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Defrost shrimp in water and soak dried seaweed until softened.
Rinse seaweed thoroughly under running water.
Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add seaweed and 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic to the pot, sauté until fragrant.
Season with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon salt, adjusting salt to taste.
Pour 1 liter water into the pot and add 1 pack of cooked rice. Stir well.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil before serving.
