- 🦐 10 headless shrimp (150g)
- 🧅 15cm green onion, minced

Mince the green onion.
Remove the shells and veins from the shrimp. Rub with 2 tsp potato starch (not listed in ingredients), rinse well, and pat dry. Roughly chop the shrimp.
In a bowl, mix the shrimp, minced green onion, and all seasoning ingredients to create the filling.
Cut the rice paper sheets in half and lightly moisten them with water. Place 1/8 of the filling on each sheet, fold, and wrap. Repeat to make 8 dumplings.
Line a frying pan with cabbage leaves and arrange the dumplings on top. Add water (about 5mm deep) under the cabbage. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and steam on low heat for 10 minutes.
