INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 5 shrimp
Protein
- 1/2 block tofu
Vegetables
- 🥦 10g broccoli
- 🥕 10g carrot
- 🧅 1 layer outer onion skin
Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of pepper

ÉTAPES
Clean the shrimp and season with lemon juice and pepper to remove any fishy smell. Pat dry with a kitchen towel and prepare as whole or minced shrimp.
Remove excess water from the tofu using a kitchen towel or cloth.
Cut the onion in half and use only the outermost layer. Save the remaining onion for other recipes.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and chop finely. Also finely chop the carrot.
Mix all the prepared ingredients with a pinch of salt.
Place whole shrimp at the bottom of the onion layer and fill with the mixture. Alternatively, fill directly without shrimp for a simpler version.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the tofu steak. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, then uncover and cook until golden brown.
Flip the steak carefully and cook until both sides are golden brown.
