- 🦐 6 shell-on shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 1 red bell pepper (150g)
- 🌽 1 ear of corn (200g)
Condiments
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
- 🧴 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut along the back of the shell-on shrimp and remove the vein.
Slice the red bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into quarters. Cut the corn into four equal pieces.
In a bowl, squeeze the lemon juice, add mayonnaise and grated garlic, and mix to create the mayo lemon sauce.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the shrimp on the sheet and brush with the mayo lemon sauce. Place the red bell pepper and corn alongside. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
