Shrimp
- 🦐 200g shrimp, deveined and peeled
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g lettuce, sliced into 5mm strips
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Spices
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
Shrimp Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Yogurt Mayo Sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🥛 1 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 1/2 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Peel and devein the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl and mix with sake, salt, pepper, garlic, and cornstarch.
Slice lettuce into 5mm strips and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, and salt to create the yogurt mayo sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes. Add doubanjiang and stir briefly to combine.
Turn off the heat and add the yogurt mayo sauce. Mix until the shrimp is evenly coated.
Plate the lettuce and place the shrimp mixture on top. Serve immediately.
