    • 150g boiled bamboo shoots
    • 🌱 5 green beans

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • 💧 150cc water

Cut the bamboo shoots in half lengthwise, then slice the tips into 3-4 pieces and the remaining parts into 1cm wide slices. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut into thirds.

Remove excess fat from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, add bamboo shoots, and stir until coated with oil.

Add all the seasoning ingredients (☆) and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Stir the mixture, push the ingredients to one side, and add the green beans to the empty space. Cover again and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes.
