- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 boiled egg

- 🧅 2 onions, cut into large pieces

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

- Flour, as needed
- Sesame oil, as needed
- 💧 150cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the onions into large eighths.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sear the chicken pieces until browned on both sides.
Add onions, water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pot. Bring to a boil, then cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the boiled egg, and let the dish sit for 20 minutes to absorb flavors.
