INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 6 chicken drumettes (360g)
- 10cm nagaimo (250g)
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 80cc ponzu soy sauce
- 💧 150cc water
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the nagaimo into bite-sized pieces.
Place chicken drumettes in a bowl, add sake and salt, and massage to season.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sear the chicken drumettes until browned on all sides.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, ponzu soy sauce, and water) to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover with a drop lid and regular lid, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the nagaimo to the pan and simmer over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
