INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
Vegetables
- 1/3 daikon radish (400g)
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 300 ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon into 2 cm thick slices, peel thickly, and cut into half-moon shapes. Slice the green onion diagonally into 2 cm pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add chicken wings and cook until their color changes, turning occasionally. Add daikon, green onion, ginger, and all seasoning ingredients. Mix well and close the lid. Cook on high heat.
Once pressure is achieved, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release completely before opening.
