- 🍗 10 chicken wings (250g)
- 🧅 1 leek
- 1 piece of ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 50cc ponzu soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the leek into 4cm pieces and slice the ginger thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the leek and chicken wings skin-side down. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned.
Add ginger and the seasonings (sake, sugar, ponzu soy sauce, water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and cook over medium heat for an additional 3 minutes to reduce the sauce.
