Cut the daikon into 1.5cm thick slices, peel thickly, and cut into half-moon shapes. Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu with a paper towel, then cut it into halves and slice diagonally.

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until its color changes.

Add daikon to the pan and stir until coated with oil. Then add fried tofu and the seasoning ingredients (☆). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10–15 minutes until the daikon softens.
