Add daikon and the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Mix potato starch and water to create a slurry. Add to the pot to thicken the sauce. Serve in a bowl and drizzle with chili oil.
