INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦪 1 can scallops (65g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 6cm daikon (180g), julienned
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Slice the daikon into thin rounds and julienne. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the scallops (including the liquid from the can) and daikon, mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the kaiware sprouts and simmer until they soften.
