- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
Vegetables
- 6cm daikon radish (180g)
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso

- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the mentaiko into 1cm slices.
Slice the daikon radish into thin quarter-moon shapes and trim the pea shoots, cutting them in half.
In a pot, add daikon and water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add pea shoots, mentaiko, mirin, and dissolve miso into the pot, simmer for another 2 minutes.
