INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 100g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥬 350g daikon, sliced
- 🧅 10cm green onion, minced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
Liquid
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
Sweetener
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice the daikon into 2cm thick rounds and cut into halves. Mince the green onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and green onion, sauté until the chicken changes color.
Add water, sake, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, then add daikon. Cover and simmer over low-medium heat for 15 minutes until daikon softens.
Add soy sauce and yuzu kosho, mix well. Stir in potato starch slurry to thicken the sauce.
