INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g steamed soybeans
- 30g dried daikon
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Wash dried daikon in a bowl with enough water to cover it, squeezing out excess water. Soak it in fresh water for 7–8 minutes, then squeeze out the water again and cut into bite-sized lengths. Thinly slice the carrot and cut into matchsticks.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add dried daikon and carrot, stir-frying for about 1 minute until coated with oil.
Add steamed soybeans and all seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Mix well and bring to a boil.
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes to evaporate excess liquid.
