- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Make shallow cuts on the surface of the flounder fillets. Slice the ginger thinly.
In a frying pan, combine sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
Add the flounder and ginger to the pan. Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Occasionally spoon the simmering sauce over the fish to enhance flavor absorption.
