INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 10 green beans
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
- 5 slices of ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150cc water
ÉTAPES
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half. Slice the onion into 1cm widths and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add green beans and onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add ginger and the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water). Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.
Remove the lid and increase the heat to medium-high. Stir to coat the ingredients with the sauce and reduce the liquid slightly.
