INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Tofu
- 2 pieces fried tofu (240g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 150g onion (3/4 piece)
- 100g shirataki noodles
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Heat 1 tsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add ground meat and cook until browned.
Add sliced onion and shirataki noodles to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add fried tofu pieces and mix gently.
Pour in water, sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes until the flavors are absorbed.
