INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 1 green onion
Tofu
- 300g silken tofu
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 300ml water
Thickener
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1.5cm pieces.
Cut the tofu into 4 equal pieces.
In a pot, add soy sauce, grated ginger, water, and ground meat. Bring to a boil while breaking apart the meat and skimming off any foam.
Add the green onion and tofu to the pot. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add it to the pot and stir gently over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
