Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces koya tofu (34g)
- 30g dried daikon radish
- 🥕 1/4 carrot (35g), julienned
Seasonings
- 💧 200cc water
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate koya tofu in water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse dried daikon radish by rubbing in water, then soak in plenty of water as per package instructions. Squeeze out excess water and cut into manageable lengths. Julienne the carrot.
In a pot, combine all seasonings (☆) and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add koya tofu, dried daikon radish, and carrot. Once boiling again, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
