INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (75g) canned tuna in water
- 🥬 1/4 head (100g) lettuce
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller clusters.
In a pot, combine all the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and heat over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Add the shimeji mushrooms to the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the lettuce and canned tuna to the pot and simmer for about 1 minute.
Mix the potato starch and water to create a slurry, then add it to the pot to thicken the sauce.
