- 🐙 200g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥔 1/3 daikon radish
- 2 slices ginger
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into large bite-sized pieces. Slice the daikon radish in half lengthwise and cut into 1.5cm thick slices.
In a pot, add water and daikon radish. Bring to a boil, then add ginger and the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder). Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the boiled octopus to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes.
