- 75g canned Pacific saury (grilled)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into 5mm width
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, trimmed and separated
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 💧 80cc water
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into 5mm width. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
In a pot, combine the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, and water), onion, and shimeji mushrooms. Heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Add the canned Pacific saury to the pot and warm briefly. Serve the mixture in a dish and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
