- 🐖 50g thinly sliced pork belly
- 100g fresh kiri kombu
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Broth
- 💧 50cc water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Rinse the kiri kombu briefly with water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the pork changes color.
Add the kiri kombu to the pot and stir-fry for about 1 minute until coated with oil.
Add the broth ingredients (water, mirin, sugar, soy sauce), mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
