INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 cans (200g) sardines in sauce
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g cabbage, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 200ml water
ÉTAPES
Separate sardines from their sauce. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Add sardine sauce and the ☆ ingredients, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add sardines to the pan, cover again, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
