Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces (250g) ganmodoki
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 50g mizuna
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut off the stems of shiitake mushrooms and make cross-shaped cuts on the caps.
Boil water in a pot, blanch mizuna briefly, then transfer to cold water. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Blanch ganmodoki briefly in the same pot, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place ganmodoki, shiitake mushrooms, and seasonings (mentsuyu and water) in a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with mizuna.
