INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (150g) fried tofu
- 50g snow peas
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Remove the strings from the snow peas. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half and then slice each half diagonally.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) to a pot and heat until boiling. Add the fried tofu and shimeji mushrooms, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the snow peas, cover, and let steam with residual heat for about 2 minutes.
