INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Tofu
- 1 block firm tofu (160g)
Vegetables
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 50ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until the color changes. Add tofu and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and water) to the pan and stir while cooking.
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
