- 🐟 200g tuna, cut into 1cm cubes
Vegetables
- 1 piece ginger, peeled and julienned
Seasonings
- 70cc sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar

Cut tuna into 1cm cubes and peel and julienne the ginger.

In a pot, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add tuna and cover. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove the lid and simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
