- 🥔 1 potato (150g)

- 2 pieces satsuma-age

- 💧 300cc water
- 2 tbsp concentrated men-tsuyu (3x)
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water (not listed in ingredients) and drain well.
Cut the potato into 8 pieces and soak in water briefly, then drain. Cut satsuma-age into quarters.
In a pot, combine potato, satsuma-age, water, and men-tsuyu. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
Once the potato is tender, add wakame and simmer briefly.
