Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g daikon radish
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 50cc sukiyaki sauce
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Peel the daikon radish thickly, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice into 1.5cm thick pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 3 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Cool and rinse under running water.
Cut the yellowtail fillets into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
In a pot, combine sukiyaki sauce, water, and ginger slices. Heat over medium until lightly boiling. Add the yellowtail and daikon, ensuring they are submerged in the broth. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15–17 minutes.
